The resort is directly on the beach, so the sand is never far from your door. On site you will find three restaurants and three bars, including Fuego, Las Olas, Lu'um, Cocina and Agave Bar. Opening hours can vary with the season and weather. Quinta Avenida (5th Avenue) is about 1.5 km away, roughly a 10-minute walk or 5-minute ride.
What should I know about arrival and the practicalities of the stay?
Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by noon. The front desk is open 24 hours. If you expect to arrive after 5:00 PM, contact the resort in advance. A major credit card and photo ID are required at check-in. Mahekal is largely cashless, so most restaurants and bars do not accept cash.
